Nancy Drew: The Clue in the Diary

This mystery is about a guy who is on trial for setting a fire that killed someone. The main character, Nancy Drew, has a father who is a lawyer in River Heights. She also has two best friends, Bess (a girlie girl) and George (a tom boy). Together they must help to prove this guy's innocence and solve the mystery.

This book is my favorite because when Nancy first starts this mystery she meets this guy that she thinks is part of the mystery. But, later, he gives her clues that help her solve the case and he becomes a new main character in the Nancy Drew series and Nancy's boyfriend. This part is so interesting to me because I never knew there was a start to Nancy knowing Ned Nickerson. You will love this Nancy Drew book!
