This is a collection of some of horror author Stephen King's short stories. Some are scary stories, some are mysteries, and some are just strange. I love this book because all of the stories in it are so great. My favorite is "The End of the Whole Mess." There are such a variety, though, that are fun to read for almost anybody. The one thing they all share in common is that they are all easy to connect to. You find yourself empathizing with the characters in the book.
